MEETINGS AND REPORTS
The general affairs of the Partnership are directed and managed by a committee known as the Executive Board who shall meet no less than four times per year.
The Executive Board will report to members of the West Chester Commercial BID Group through the Annual General Meeting. On occasion, the Executive Board will hold additional Group meetings throughout the year.
